Help & FAQs

Everything you need
to get going

Quick answers so you can spend less time wondering and more time doing.

Getting started
What is AI Explorers?

AI Explorers is a hands-on learning platform for building real AI skills through doing, not watching. You receive practical challenges, work through them using Claude CoWork and Claude Code, and build a live, shareable certificate that grows with every challenge you pass.

No lectures, no passive video content — just honest practice and a genuine record of your progress.

How do I get started?

Join the WhatsApp community — that's where new challenges are posted and where the cohort discusses their work. It's the heartbeat of AI Explorers.

Join the community →

Once you're in, you'll receive your first challenge straight away and can start at your own pace.

Is it free?

Yes — completely free. Joining the community, receiving challenges, submitting challenges, and earning your public certificate all cost nothing.

Want a faster start? If you'd prefer structured guidance, a live cohort, and hands-on help setting everything up, our virtual bootcamp is a great way to accelerate. Designed to get you up and running with confidence in a single session.
Who it's for
Do I need a technical background?

AI Explorers is for everyone. The challenges are designed to be approachable whether you're a complete beginner or someone already comfortable with Claude CoWork and Claude Code. What matters is curiosity and a willingness to try things.

You don't need to know how to code to get started, and you'll naturally build confidence as you go.

What tools will I be using?

Challenges are built around Claude CoWork and Claude Code — Anthropic's tools for working with AI agents in real, practical workflows. More tools are coming as the platform grows.

No prior experience with either tool is needed. Part of the learning is getting comfortable with them through use.

Challenges & assessment
How does assessment work?

Each challenge is assessed automatically the moment you submit — no waiting, no manual marking. You'll know straight away whether you've passed.

Submissions are made using the AI Explorers Submit plugin, which you install once and use for every challenge.

How do I install the Submit plugin?

The plugin is available on GitHub. To install it:

  1. Download the plugin file from the AI Explorers GitHub
  2. Open Claude CoWork and go to Settings → Plugins
  3. Upload the plugin file and save
  4. The /submit-challenge command will now be available in your CoWork sessions

When you're ready to submit, run /submit-challenge, follow the prompts, and your result is recorded automatically.

Stuck on setup? Post in the WhatsApp community — someone will help. Or join the bootcamp for a guided walkthrough.
How do I receive challenges?

Challenges are shared through the WhatsApp community. When a new challenge drops, you'll get it directly in the group — along with context, tips, and discussion from the cohort working through it alongside you.

If you're not in the community yet, that's step one. Join here →

What happens when I pass a challenge?

Every challenge you pass is added to your public achievement record — a live certificate that updates in real time. Not a PDF sitting in a downloads folder. A URL you can share with employers, add to your LinkedIn profile, or simply point to as proof of what you can do.

In a world where everyone claims to know AI, showing your work matters.

Community
What is the WhatsApp community for?

The community is where AI Explorers actually happens. It's where you:

  • Receive new challenges as they're released
  • Discuss your approach with the cohort
  • Ask questions and get unstuck
  • See how others are thinking about the same problems

Learning alongside people working through the same challenges makes a real difference.

This is your starting point. Join the community to get your first challenge and access everything AI Explorers has to offer. Join here →
Do I have to be active in the community?

No pressure to post if that's not your style. But the more you engage — sharing how you approached a challenge, asking a question, or helping someone else — the more you tend to get out of it.

At minimum, you need to be in the community to receive challenges, so it's the essential first step regardless.

Virtual bootcamp
What is the AI Explorers bootcamp?

The bootcamp is a virtual session designed to get you from zero to confident with Claude CoWork and Claude Code in a single session. You'll set everything up, work through your first challenges with hands-on support, and leave with a working setup and a real head start.

The platform is free and self-directed — but if you've ever stalled at the setup stage or want more structure, the bootcamp is the fastest way in.

  • Are new to Claude CoWork or Claude Code
  • Have tried to get started before but stalled
  • Learn better with live instruction and people around you
  • Want to get set up correctly from day one

All backgrounds welcome. No prior AI experience needed.
